Dear Lizzy,
Thank you for posting this question. We do not allow campers to bring ipods, mp3 players, electronic games, or cell phones to camp. We feel camp is a place to let kids appreciate the beauty and sounds of nature without interruption. These things take away from the camp experience. (For campers travelling by air, mp3 players, cell phones and travel money can be held in our office by pre-arrangement).
We understand that music can add to the fun we already have at camp, so there will be opportunities for you to hear music while at camp. This year we are working on putting toghether a camp library of music that people like to hear but is also GAC appropriate. If you would like to make suggestions of music that you might like to hear this summer, please feel free to post both the Artist's Name and Song Title on this forum or send it in an email to Babe (babe@goldarrowcamp.com).
Have a great day! Babe
